Across the Cambie Bridge
Despite the cold weather, the sun was shining in Vancouver, making it perfect weather for walking. Since my new work is closer to the Cambie bridge, it was a great opportunity to take a new route home. My fingers almost fell off halfway across but the sky was so blue I couldn’t resist.

Raw Artists
I have some exciting news, my photography was chosen for an art show by the organization Raw Artists! This is an international community that holds events in different cities around the world to help emerging artists expand their careers, which is the perfect opportunity for me! The event is in Vancouver at the end of February, so if you are in the city or around the city click here, or copy the link in the flyer to buy tickets. Artist Page

Our Walk Over the Granville Bridge
After work yesterday we ventured across the bridge for dinner and drinks downtown. Vancouver was stunning and so clear.

We Missed the Sunset
A friend and I tried to catch the sunset from the Cambie bridge but missed it. It was nice to get the glow off the buildings, Vancouver looks science fiction-y during these times of day.

Clouds Over Vancouver
Mornings in Vancouver have been filled with a thick fog, so I grabbed my camera in the early morning. On my way home the mist had risen and landed right above downtown. It was beautiful, and really cool to see the difference a few hours can make.

January 6th Sunrise
I have never seen sunrises like this before, the colder it is in Vancouver, the better the colour. Bubblegum pinks, deep orange and light blue mix together as if painted. I can’t imagine being anywhere else.

Merry Christmas
I came back to Ontario during one of the worst ice storms we’ve seen. My hometown looks like Narnia – its incredible.

Sunset in Vancouver
A couple weeks ago I grabbed my camera as I left to get cat food. I usually don’t bring it with me on little walks but something was compelling me. As I turned onto Broadway and looked downtown I was shocked. The sunset had created an almost volcanic look to the clouds coming off the mountain. The quick trip turned into a fourty-five minute walk around Kits, but it was well worth it. Enjoy!
