Billboard Music Awards 2012
The Billboard Music Awards was a pretty bland affair. A lot of the best dressed celebrities were in neutral colours rather than experimenting. Although one person, who usually sticks to the neutral or sparkly palette tried something different. Taylor Swift was in a beautiful red dress, the top was intricate and different while the bottom was classic. Katy Perry was also surprising. The dress was sparkly but subtle and fit her perfectly.
