LXD on So You Think You Can Dance
The Legion of Extraordinary Dancers performed on the results show of SYTYCD this week to promote the third season of their series. The routine was choreographed by Christopher Scott and Galen Hooks. While the routine was very good and had LXD staples, tricking across the stage, Scott’s intricate arm movements and Madd Chadd center stage popping. I found myself not as impressed as usual. They seem to have moved into a very reuglar pattern with their performences and I would like to see something different.
That said the number is still really cool and shows off the talents of its dancers. The music is by Kerry Muzzeys and is called “Bernini’s Angels.” This routine was danced by Christopher Scott, Galen Hooks, Ashley Galvan, ‘Madd’ Chadd Smith, Marie “Pandora” Medina, Anis Cheufa, Danny Graham, Adedamola ‘Nugget’ Orisagbemi, Nicholas ‘Stick’ Stewart, Marc ‘Marvelous’ Innis, Jesse ‘Casper’ Brown, Charlie ‘Vzion’ Schmidt, Johnny Erasme, Raymond ‘NastyRay’ Mora and Jessica Lee Keller.
